It is that time of year again when we need to refocus on reestablishing strong foundations of health.
This is a 4 week program designed to help you support all the healthy habits that are essential for maintaining a high quality of life and prevent chronic illness as much as possible. This includes a good exercise routine, an anti-inflammatory diet, stress reduction techniques and more!
It has been modified this year to reduce the time spent on the anti-inflammatory diet to 2 weeks to make it more attainable for all!
The Total Health Reset will decrease inflammation, aid in weight loss, strengthen the immune system, increase energy, improve digestion, increase sexual interest, improve memory, and increase clarity of mind.
During the fourth week, you have the opportunity to discover underlying food allergies. After this process you will feel better and have new habits to support your future health.
When: 4 consecutive Thursdays from 5:30-6:30 pm, October 5th, 12th, 19th & 26th
